What’s Included:
Event Questionnaire: We gather all the essential details about your wedding vision and logistics. Due 8 weeks before your wedding.
Final Details Meeting: Review and finalize your timeline, floor plan, and vendor info 6–8 weeks prior.
Rehearsal Coordination: Two staff members on-site for a 1-hour rehearsal to help your wedding party feel confident and prepared.
Final Venue Walkthrough: Confirm all details and logistics at your ceremony and reception venues.
Day-of Coordination: Two dedicated staff members manage the timeline, vendors, and pre-assembled décor for up to 12 hours. Additional hours available upon request.
Transition & Emergency Support: Smooth transitions between each part of your day and a fully stocked emergency kit for any surprises.
Cleanup Oversight: We help gather personal items and ensure everything is ready for cleanup. Clients handle final cleanup and removal.
Preferred Vendors & Planning Resources: Recommendations from our trusted network and helpful checklists, templates, and guides to streamline your planning.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you plan weddings?
We specialize in wedding coordination, not full-service planning. We take your vision and make sure every detail comes together seamlessly on your big day.
How many staff will be on-site?
Two dedicated coordinators are present for both the rehearsal and wedding day to keep your timeline, vendors, and wedding party on track.
Can I request extra services?
Absolutely! We offer additional consultations at $100/hour, either virtually or in person. Custom services can also be arranged prior to the Final Details Meeting.
Do I need event insurance?
Event insurance is not required, but we strongly recommend it for protection against accidents, cancellations, or property damage. Some venues may require it, and we can connect you with a trusted contact.
Are you insured and certified?
Yes! We carry business insurance, are CPR & First Aid certified, and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to your venue if needed.
Can you work with my venue to get approved?
Yes. We’ve worked with many venues and are happy to provide references, COI, and website links to become an approved vendor.
Do you handle setup and cleanup?
We oversee pre-assembled décor and event transitions, but clients are responsible for setup of tables, chairs, large décor items, and final cleanup. We do assist in gathering personal items and coordinating vendors for a smooth wrap-up.
Will you help with vendor coordination?
Yes! We communicate with all vendors before and during your wedding day, ensuring everyone is on the same page and the timeline runs smoothly.
How do you handle unexpected issues on the wedding day?
Our team comes prepared with a fully stocked emergency kit and years of experience solving last-minute challenges quietly behind the scenes so you can stay calm and enjoy your day.
